• When you adhere to your time, you also help me to serve other clients on time.
• Life happens and in case you need to cancel, please inform at least 48 hours in advance or earlier.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and a no-show (not turning up for the appointment without prior notice) would be a fully billable session. 100% of the fee would be deducted. When you cancel it often upsets the entire schedule and takes away time which could have been given to another client in need.
• In case you are running late, please inform in advance. If you have not responded to calls, your appointment will be cancelled after 15 minutes of no-show. Re-booking another appointment will be subject to availability.
• There is no fee concession for late arrivals.If your appointment was scheduled for 4 pm and you arrive at 4:15 pm, the billing will be from 4 pm (unless rescheduled a minimum of 12 hours in advance).
