'Why are you so quiet?'

If you ever find yourself feeling self-conscious while dining out at a restaurant or nervous when faced with the prospect of introducing yourself to a large group of people, you're not alone. We understand those moments.
Get ready to delve into the roots of these feelings, which often trace back to your childhood. During this exploration, you'll also uncover techniques to boost mindfulness and learn how to calm both your body and mind. An additional advantage is the chance to connect with a supportive community of individuals who are also on a similar journey, all within a safe and welcoming environment.
We invite you to join our session because we believe it's time for the world to witness the incredible and unique 'you' that lies beneath those fears.

Frequently Asked Questions
  1. How many sessions do I need?

What you need is extremely specific to your own needs. You can vent out & feel better in one session, however, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions for anyone to experience meaningful change in their thoughts & behaviour.
  2. What can I expect during the first therapy session?

The first session is typically an initial assessment. We'll discuss your concerns, goals, and relevant history. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, and you can ask any questions you have about the therapy process.
  3. How long will therapy take to show results?

The duration of therapy varies for each individual and depends on the issues being addressed. Some people see improvements relatively quickly, while others may need more time. We'll work together to create a treatment plan that suits your needs and goals.
  4. Are therapy sessions available in person, or do you offer online therapy as well?

I offer both in-person and online therapy to accommodate your preferences and needs. Online therapy can be a convenient option for those with busy schedules or limited mobility.
