Meet Miss Nainika Deepak
Hello, I'm Nainika Deepak, and I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology and another in Health Psychology, which is accredited by the British Psychological Society (BPS). I'm a passionate post-graduate professional on a journey towards ongoing registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
My unwavering commitment is to promote mental and emotional well-being. I find immense fulfillment in providing counseling, active listening, and crafting tailored well-being programs that help individuals lead healthier, happier lives. My primary focus is on addressing common mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, and trauma, through evidence-based practices in collaborative therapy. My journey doesn't stop at academics; I have additional certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
These credentials, coupled with my distinguished educational background, have equipped me with the knowledge and skills to make a meaningful and positive impact on individuals' lives. It's my genuine belief that everyone deserves to find their path to mental and emotional wellness, and I am here to guide and support you on that journey.

How many sessions do I need?
What you need is extremely specific to your own needs. You can vent out & feel better in one session, however, I recommend a minimum of 3 sessions for anyone to experience meaningful change in their thoughts & behaviour. -
What can I expect during the first therapy session?
The first session is typically an initial assessment. We'll discuss your concerns, goals, and relevant history. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, and you can ask any questions you have about the therapy process. -
How long will therapy take to show results?
The duration of therapy varies for each individual and depends on the issues being addressed. Some people see improvements relatively quickly, while others may need more time. We'll work together to create a treatment plan that suits your needs and goals. -
Are therapy sessions available in person, or do you offer online therapy as well?
I offer both in-person and online therapy to accommodate your preferences and needs. Online therapy can be a convenient option for those with busy schedules or limited mobility.
